Configuring the customer portal
Enable the portal, choose which modules customers see, and set portal branding.
Configuring the portal
Set the portal up in Admin Console → Customer Portal.
Branding
Give the portal its own company name, brand color, and logo, or leave them blank to inherit your Company Profile. Your customers see your branding, not a generic one.
Modules
Choose exactly what customers can see:
- Health display — status labels (Strong / Stable / Needs attention), numeric scores, or hidden.
- Toggle the Timeline, Value Report, Goals, and AI Assistant pages on or off.
These are enforced on the server, so a hidden page is genuinely inaccessible — not just visually removed.
Tip
Start conservative — health as status labels, Timeline and Value Report on — and open up more as you get comfortable with what customers find useful.
