Portal overview: what customers see
The pages a customer sees in the portal — health, success plan, tasks, goals, timeline, and value report.
The customer portal
The Customer Portal is a branded, customer-facing view where your contacts collaborate on the work you share with them. They reach it at your portal URL and sign in with a magic link — there's no self-signup.
What a customer sees
The portal's pages (some gated by your admin settings):
- Overview — the account's health (as numeric scores, simple status labels, or hidden — your choice) plus a success-plan summary.
- Success Plan — the shared objectives, activities, and tasks, with discussion threads on what you've marked visible.
- Tasks — the customer's own to-dos, grouped by objective, that they can check off.
- Goals — only the goals you've explicitly shared, with progress.
- Timeline — a feed of the activity you've made customer-visible.
- Value Report — a periodic summary of value delivered.
An optional AI assistant can answer the customer's questions about their own account.
Tip
Nothing internal leaks: the portal shows only what you share — internal objectives, notes, and health data stay hidden by default.
