Account Strategy Agent
What it does. Finds accounts that haven't had a strategic review in 90+ days and drafts a coherent 90-day plan for each — a small sequence of actions rather than one isolated task.
Signals it reads. Health trend, usage, contacts, completed work, success-plan objectives, past QBRs, goals, churn risk, expansion readiness, and conversation signals from calls.
What it produces. A short, sequenced set of tasks (typically 2–4) that form a plan, written to the AI Agent Inbox for approval — one strategy session per account per 90 days.
Autonomous vs on-request. Autonomous (daily schedule); also runnable manually.
Your control. Enable/disable and configure in Admin Console → AI Copilot & Agents → Agents. Proposed plans wait for your approval before becoming real work.
