Predictive Intelligence (churn prediction)
Explainable churn prediction with transparent risk drivers and cross-account similarity — it can flag risk before health visibly drops.
Predictive Intelligence
What it does. Predicts churn risk per account *explainably*. It weighs each account's signals, compares it to similar accounts, and produces a risk score with the specific drivers behind it — not a mystery number. Because it looks at leading signals, it can flag "invisible risk" before the headline health score turns red.
Signals it reads. Health level, velocity, and volatility; usage and DAU/MAU trends; feature adoption; renewal proximity; ARR; open Risk Actions; NPS velocity; champion engagement; and how similar accounts turned out.
What it produces. A churn prediction (score 0–100, confidence, 90-day outlook, ranked drivers, suggested interventions, and similar accounts). When risk is high, it automatically opens a de-duplicated Risk Action so the account lands in someone's queue. It also generates handoff briefs when an account changes owner or a deal is won.
Autonomous vs on-request. Autonomous — it recomputes on an hourly cadence and again in the nightly health run.
Your control. The churn *factors are fixed, and their weights are tunable* in Predictive Scoring config — the factor set is deliberately fixed so the score means the same thing everywhere. You control whether the auto-opened Risk Actions and downstream agents act, via the Agents settings.
