QBR Prep
Auto-drafts QBR sections about two weeks before each scheduled review, then hands them to you to finish.
QBR Prep
What it does. Roughly 14 days before a planned QBR, it pre-populates the review's draft sections so you start from a real first draft instead of a blank page.
Signals it reads. Health history, usage trends, closed work, open risks, NPS, success-plan objectives and attainment, expansion opportunities, and the prior QBR.
What it produces. A written health/executive-summary narrative plus rule-based sections filled into the QBR draft, and a "Review QBR draft" task for you. It always requires your review — it never finalizes a QBR on its own.
Autonomous vs on-request. Both — it runs on a schedule and can also be triggered for a single account on demand.
Your control. Enable/disable in Admin Console → AI Copilot & Agents → Agents. The draft is always yours to edit before the review.
