Predictive Risk Signal
What it does. Catches the dangerous "looks healthy, isn't" case — it fires when the churn score is high but the headline health score still reads green.
Signals it reads. The churn prediction versus the current health score.
What it produces. A predictive-churn-risk recommendation.
Autonomous vs on-request. Autonomous (runs frequently).
Your control. This is a legacy signal kept until fully folded into the Predictive Intelligence agent. Most other threshold-based signals have already moved to editable Signal Rules (Admin Console → Signal Rules), where you can tune the thresholds, cooldowns, and actions yourself.
