A one-click briefing before a call — headline, momentum, talking points, watch-outs, opportunities, and a suggested opener.

Account brief

Before a call, open the account's AI Copilot tab → Pre-Call Brief and click Generate Brief. It synthesizes the account's health, momentum, renewal timing, plan progress, and recent activity into:

• a headline and account momentum read,
• Talking Points and Watch Out items,
• Opportunities and a win to reference,
• a Suggested Opener.

So you walk in prepared in seconds instead of clicking through five tabs. The brief is cached and shows how long ago it was generated, with a Refresh when you want the latest. Grounded in real data, on-request only.
