AI Copilot: what it is and where to find it
On-request AI that assists you in the moment — nothing runs until you click, and every output is grounded in the account's real data.
AI Copilot
The Copilot is the set of AI features you invoke yourself, right where you're working. Unlike the scheduled agents, nothing here runs until you ask — and every result is grounded in the account's real data (health, usage, contacts, timeline, renewals), not generic boilerplate.
Where to find it
- The AI Copilot tab on any account gathers the account-scoped tools: Pre-Call Brief, Next Actions, Call Analyzer, and Draft Email. Churn narrative, relationship intel, and usage narrative surface on the account's Health/Overview.
- The AI Copilot page (sidebar → AI Copilot) and the floating chat widget (bottom-right on every page) are the conversational assistant — "Ask about your book of business."
- Some builders live where the work is: the natural-language automation builder in Signal Rules, the goal proposer on the Goals tab.
If AI is turned off for your workspace (or over budget), Copilot features degrade gracefully — you'll get a clear "AI is off" state or a simple rule-based fallback, never a broken screen. Every Copilot run is logged for auditability.
