CSM chat copilot
A conversational assistant for your book of business — ask things like "which accounts should I worry about this week?" and it answers by reading your accounts' real data (portfolio summary, health, churn, Actions, timeline, contacts), scoped to accounts you can see.
It is read-only by design: it can explain and prioritize, but it cannot take actions or change data. Your conversation is saved so you can pick it back up. Available as a floating assistant.
