Account hierarchy and corporate families

Model parent/child account relationships and see rolled-up family metrics.

Corporate families

Link accounts into a parent/child hierarchy so a global parent and its subsidiaries form one Corporate Family.

Setting the parent

Open Edit Customer and choose a Parent Account (the default is "None — top-level account"). An account's own descendants are excluded from the picker, and cycles are rejected, so you can't accidentally create a loop.

Viewing the family

Accounts that are part of a family gain a Related Accounts tab with a Corporate Family Rollup — Total Family ARR and MRR, ARR-weighted Family Health, earliest renewal, account count, and licensed seats — plus a Family Tree showing the full structure with your current account highlighted.

Tip

On the Accounts list, tick Top-level only to hide child accounts and see just the parents. Use hierarchy when you sell into large orgs with many buying units.
