Product Lines: what they are
How product lines scope health, coverage, and expansion per part of your portfolio.
Product Lines
Product Lines let a single account be worked as several distinct products, each with its own CSM, health, and expansion picture. It's an optional feature — when it's off, the app behaves as a standard single-CSM model.
What changes when it's on
- Coverage — assign a different CSM per product line on the account's Coverage tab.
- Health — the Health tab gains a Health by Product Line grid; each line scores from its own usage, support, and sentiment signals, and can carry its own scorecard.
- The account list — a "Product line:" lens lets you view Health / ARR / Renewal / CSM per line.
- Expansion — cross-sell readiness is scored per line, so you can see which line an account is ripe to expand into.
Where it's configured
Admins define the portfolio under Admin Console → Coverage Model → Product Lines, and per-line scorecards under Health Scoring → Scorecard → Product Lines.
