Views, columns & the account list
Tailor the Accounts list — scope, quick filters, saved views, columns, quick peek, and export.
Making the account list yours
The Accounts list is your command surface for the whole book. A few habits make it far faster.
Scope and filter
The scope bar (My Portfolio / My Team / All Accounts) sets whose accounts you see; the quick-filter chips (Favorites, At Risk, Active, Churned, Inactive) and the filter bar (search, Tier, seat Utilization, Top-level only) narrow from there.
Save it
Save any scope + filter + column + sort combination as a named view, stored server-side so it follows you across devices. Pin the two or three you live in.
Columns and peeking
Open the Columns picker to show, hide, and reorder columns — Health, Tier, ARR, Stage, Renewal, CSM, Churn Risk, Seat Util., and any custom fields. Hover a row (or press Space) for a quick peek panel without leaving the list, and use + Log on a row to log activity inline.
Export
Export downloads the current filtered view as CSV (respects your scope and filters). On small screens the table becomes stacked cards automatically — there's no manual card/list toggle.
