Managing your account portfolio
Filters, saved views, and bulk actions to work efficiently across your book of business.
Working your portfolio
The Accounts page is built for scale. Three layers of controls stack together:
- Scope — the scope bar sets *whose* accounts you see: My Portfolio, My Team (managers), or All Accounts.
- Quick filters — one-click chips (Favorites, At Risk, Active, Churned, Inactive) plus search, Tier, seat Utilization, and Top-level only.
- Saved views — save any combination of the above as a named view and pin it: "renewing in 90 days", "red & high-ARR", "under-utilized enterprise".
Acting in bulk
Tick the checkboxes to reveal the bulk bar — Reassign CSM, Change Status, Create Action, Delete Selected. Use the Columns picker to tailor which fields show, and Export to pull the current view to CSV.
