Today: your AI-prioritized home
How Today prioritizes your work, its Focus / Actions / Pulse tabs, and where AI-recommended work appears.
Today
Today sits at the top of the sidebar — your AI-prioritized home. It greets you and opens on the tab you used last. There are three:
- My Focus — what needs you now. An AI brief and account action cards rank your book by urgency, with signal panels down the right: Portfolio Momentum, Churn Watch, Expansion Ready, Renewals, and Stale Relationships. On Growth and above, agents can stage emails and Actions here for you to approve; on Starter it's recommend-only.
- Action Queue — everything you own. Your full list of Actions with type, priority, due date, and a task rollup. AI-suggested items carry a Proposed badge and sort first; then by due date. Filter by search, type, or priority, or group by account.
- Pulse — how your book is doing. Portfolio momentum and an overview of the whole portfolio.
Working an item
Click any row in Action Queue to open the work-item drawer. For AI-suggested (Proposed) rows you can Accept or Dismiss right on the row — Dismiss gives you a few seconds to undo.
Tip
The separate AI Agent Inbox is where agent-proposed work lands for review — nothing acts on a customer without a human in the loop unless you've explicitly configured it. Working from Today each morning is the intended daily rhythm.
