Pool Queue: claiming team work
Pick up unassigned, AI-escalated work for your team from a shared queue.
Pool Queue
The Pool Queue (in the sidebar) is a shared queue of AI-escalated work for your team's accounts — both unassigned items you can pick up and items already assigned to you. It's the home base for teams that work from a pool rather than a fixed book.
Reading the queue
- Summary chips at the top: Unassigned, Assigned to me, Overdue, Due today.
- Filters: status (Open / In Progress / All) and type.
- Items are grouped by urgency into Overdue, Due Today, and Upcoming.
- Claimable items carry a purple Unassigned chip and a purple edge.
Picking up work
There's no separate "claim" button — open an item and move it forward with its status control (the same status chip used on Today). Advancing or assigning it to yourself takes it out of the unassigned pool. Actions open into the full work-item drawer.
Tip
Start your day by clearing Overdue and Due Today, then pull from Upcoming. When the queue reads "Queue is clear," your team is caught up.
