Staying on top of overdue work
Velsano watches for Actions that slip past their due date so nothing rots silently.
What you get
On weekday mornings, Velsano sends each owner a single overdue digest: one email plus one in-app notification summarizing your open, past-due Actions. It matches exactly what you see in Today's Action Queue (snoozed items and AI Proposed suggestions are excluded; plan objectives count only while their plan is active).
Controlling it
The in-app notification always fires. The email honors your preference in My Settings → Notifications → Email → Personal activity → "Overdue actions digest." Turn it off there if you'd rather rely on the in-app flag and the Today view.
Tip
Snooze an Action from its drawer (1 day / 3 days / 1 week) to drop it out of the digest until it's actually actionable again.
