Playbooks: automated task sequences

Create a playbook, define ordered steps, set triggers, and apply it manually or via a rule.

Playbooks

A playbook is a reusable, ordered sequence of steps for a repeatable motion — onboarding, an adoption push, a churn save. Each step is a task template with a role-based owner and a relative due date (e.g. "3 days after apply").

Applying a playbook

Applying instantiates the steps as real tasks, with owners resolved at apply time and due dates anchored to the apply date.

Where playbooks are managed

Admin Console → CS Content Library → Playbooks. Playbooks are what make key motions consistent instead of ad-hoc.
