Understanding the Account Profile view
A walkthrough of the Account Profile tabs — Overview, Contacts, Health, Timeline, Actions, Success Plan, and more.
The Account Profile
Click any account to open its Account Profile — the single place that pulls together everything about that customer. The tabs are configurable per tenant, but the common set is:
- Overview — health, ARR, renewal date, owner, lifecycle stage, and key contacts at a glance.
- Contacts — the people at the account, their roles, influence, and sentiment. A contact can appear across several accounts via the shared Person spine ("Also at N accounts").
- Health — the current and predicted health score with the factor breakdown and trend.
- Timeline — every logged activity (calls, emails, notes, meetings) as a chronological feed.
- Actions — the open work on this account (risks, renewals, lifecycle, expansion, objectives). Actions are the core work object.
- Success Plan — the collaborative plan: objectives, tasks, and outcomes.
- QBRs — quarterly business reviews and their prep.
- Expansion / Opportunities — the renewal and expansion pipeline for this account.
Tips
- The active tab is reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a link straight to a specific tab.
- Tabs, tab order, and the Overview cards can be personalized per tenant (Admin Console → Layouts & Forms → Account Profile).
- Most tabs have a search box; deep-link an individual Action with the
?tab=ctas&cta=<id>link on any row.
