Setting up your portfolio view
Scope the Accounts page to your book of business with saved views, filters, and column preferences.
Your portfolio view
The Accounts page lists your whole book of business. To make it *yours*:
- Set your scope. Use the scope bar — My Portfolio (accounts you own), My Team (managers: everyone in your org tree), or All Accounts. Your choice is remembered.
- Add quick filters. The saved-views bar has one-click chips — Favorites, At Risk, Active, Churned, Inactive — and the filter bar adds search, Tier, seat Utilization, and a Top-level only toggle.
- Save the view. Save your full filter + column state as a named view; it's stored server-side, so it follows you across devices.
- Choose your columns. Open the Columns picker to show, hide, and reorder columns (Health, Tier, ARR, Stage, Renewal, CSM, Churn Risk, Seat Util., plus any custom fields). Your layout is per-user.
- Sort and export. Click a sortable column header to sort (Health and Churn Risk aren't server-sortable). Export downloads the current filtered view as CSV.
Tip
Saved views and column layouts are personal — they never change what your teammates see. On smaller screens the table becomes stacked cards automatically. To act on many accounts at once (reassign, change status, create an Action, delete), tick the row checkboxes and use the bulk bar that appears.
