Your first day in Velsano
Velsano is an AI-first Customer Success platform. This guide gets you oriented in about ten minutes.
1. Know the three surfaces
Everyone sees the same structure; your permission group just hides the branches you can't reach.
- Sidebar — your daily work. Today, the AI Agent Inbox, AI Copilot, your Pool Queue, Accounts, Timeline, Success Plans, and more. If you act on it as part of daily work, it lives here.
- Admin Console (Settings → *Admin Console*). Everything configurable — health scoring, custom fields, automation, users, security. Usually CS Ops or IT Admin territory.
- Super Admin. Vendor/platform operations, visible only to platform operators.
2. Start at Today
Today is the top item in the sidebar and your home base. It opens on My Focus — an AI-curated view of what needs you first, with signal panels for churn, renewals, and expansion down the right. The other two tabs are Action Queue (everything you own, ranked) and Pulse (your portfolio overview).
3. Set your preferences
Open the user menu (bottom-left) → My Settings. Set your theme (Appearance), your Start page and table density (Workspace), your timezone and formats (Regional & Locale), and which emails and in-app alerts you get (Notifications). Your display name is managed by an admin under Users & Teams, not here.
4. Do your first real thing
On Today → Action Queue, click the top row to open it, read why it exists, and work it. In Velsano the unit of work is the Action — see *"Actions: the core unit of work."*
5. Move fast
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere to search accounts, records, pages, and settings. Use ＋ Quick Add at the top of the sidebar to create an Action, log activity, or record a health score from anywhere.
