Navigating Velsano: the sidebar & three surfaces
Where everything lives — the sidebar daily-work surface, the Admin Console, and Super Admin.
Where everything lives
Velsano is organized around three surfaces. Everyone sees the same structure — your permission group hides the branches you can't reach — so learning it once works for every role.
Sidebar — daily work
The left sidebar is where a CSM works day to day:
- Today — your AI-prioritized home (My Focus / Action Queue / Pulse).
- AI Agent Inbox — agent-proposed work awaiting your approval (badge shows the pending count).
- AI Copilot — the on-request assistant.
- Pool Queue — unassigned, claimable work for your team.
- Accounts, Timeline, Success Plans — your book, the activity feed, and the plans.
- Revenue, Reports, AI Insights, Team Console, Automation — appear based on your role and plan.
If a CSM acts on it as daily work, it belongs in the sidebar.
Admin Console — configuration
Settings → Admin Console holds everything configurable, in three tiers: Business configuration (health, custom fields, layouts, catalogs, coverage), Automation & communications (segments, signal rules, playbooks, portal), and Governance & platform (users, security, audit, integrations, billing). A scoped user (e.g. CS Ops) sees only the sections they're granted.
Super Admin — platform operations
A separate surface for vendor/platform operators, across tenants. Most users never see it.
