Quick Add and keyboard shortcuts
Use Quick Add, the ⌘K command palette, and keyboard navigation to move faster.
Moving faster
Two tools get you anywhere in seconds.
＋ Quick Add
The indigo Quick Add button at the top of the sidebar creates work from anywhere without navigating away. Pick a mode:
- Create Action — open an Action for a customer, optionally seeding it with a playbook of tasks.
- Log Activity — record a meeting, call, email, or note (uses the same form as the Timeline).
- Update Health Score — record a new health score for a customer.
Every mode starts by selecting the customer, then shows only the relevant fields. Click Save; for Actions and notes you land on that customer's Account Profile.
⌘K — the command palette
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or / when you're not typing in a field. It's an omnibox that searches:
- Accounts — starred and recently viewed, then live search.
- Records — customers, contacts, Actions, tasks, success plans, opportunities (opens the record).
- Navigation — jump to any page you can access.
- Settings — deep-link to any admin section (if you can see the Admin Console).
Navigate with ↑ ↓, open with ↵, close with Esc.
Deep links
Most detail views reflect state in the URL — the active Account Profile tab, an open Action (?cta=<id>) — so you can bookmark or share an exact view. Most power users navigate almost entirely from ⌘K.
