Configuring scorecard weights for your business
Adjust the weight of each factor so scores reflect what matters most to your business model.
Tuning the scorecard
Admin Console → Health Scoring → Scorecard → Dimensions.
Adjusting factors
Each health measure has a Category (Usage, Sentiment, Support, Relationship, Commercial), a Weight %, green/yellow thresholds, and a Source (manual, automated, or API). To tune the score:
- Set each measure's weight to reflect what predicts retention in your business — the weights normalize to 100% (a "Normalize weights" button fixes any drift).
- Add your own measures with + Add Measure; automated ones use a formula built in the formula builder.
- Reorder or deactivate measures as needed.
You can also start from a best-practice scorecard template, then trim it to fit.
Related config
- Scoring Profiles apply different weights/thresholds to a segment (by tier, stage, or ARR).
- Calibration compares which measures actually separated renewed from churned accounts and can suggest weight changes.
Tip
After a significant re-weight, review your portfolio's health distribution — a big change can silently turn much of your book yellow. Changes apply on the next recompute (the nightly job, or "Run Auto-Calculation Now").
