Health thresholds: green, yellow, red

What each tier means, how to set the numeric thresholds, and how changes affect your portfolio view.

Health tiers

Health maps to three tiers via numeric thresholds:

Setting the thresholds

Admin Console → Health Scoring → Scorecard → Thresholds. The Overall account health band sets the app-wide cutoffs with two sliders — Green threshold (Healthy) and Yellow threshold (At Risk) — so anything below the yellow line is Red. You can also set per-dimension bands. The built-in default is Green ≥ 70, Yellow ≥ 40, Red below 40.

Precedence

A Scoring Profile can override the band for a segment; otherwise the tenant-wide band applies. Because a tier is derived from the live score, moving a threshold re-tiers the whole portfolio immediately — change deliberately.
