Per-product-line health
How health breaks down per product line, and how to give a line its own scorecard.
Per-product-line health
When Product Lines are enabled, an account's health breaks down per line instead of a single number.
On the account
The Health Score tab shows a Health by Product Line grid — each line card carries its own score, its assigned CSM, and its share of ARR. Click a card to focus that line; its owner can set the line's health directly with Set Health. A line's score is computed from its own NPS, activity, and support signals, plus real adoption where features are mapped to that line (relationship signals are inherited from the account).
Configuring line scorecards
Admin Console → Health Scoring → Scorecard → Product Lines. A line can have its own measure weights, its own green/yellow thresholds, and even line-specific measures unique to that product. When a line has no custom scorecard, it inherits the account's.
Never falsely green
As with account health, a line with too little signal reads as *unscored* rather than green — a missing score never masquerades as a healthy one.
