Predictive Scoring config
Admin Console → Health Scoring → Predictive Scoring. Velsano scores churn risk and expansion readiness with transparent weighted models. Each factor's thresholds are fixed (so a score means the same thing everywhere), but the weights are yours to tune.
Tuning a model
Two cards — Churn scoring model and Expansion readiness model — each list their factors with an editable weight. Raise the weight of factors that matter most in your business, normalize, then Save weights. A recalculate updates existing scores.
The page also shows churn stats at a glance — customers scored, High/Medium risk counts, average score, and when churn was last calculated.
Good to know
Scores refresh automatically on schedule. Because the factors and thresholds are fixed, "72% churn risk" is comparable across every account — only the emphasis (weights) is configurable.
