Understanding health trends and velocity
Read trend charts, interpret velocity (improving vs declining), and use it to prioritize outreach.
Trends and velocity
The score at a point in time matters less than its direction. A green account sliding fast can be a bigger risk than a stable yellow one.
Where to see it
- The Health Score tab charts the Health Trend (12 months) and a Predictive Health trajectory (actual vs a 90-day forecast). An Invisible Risk callout flags accounts that look healthy now but score high for predicted churn.
- The account Overview shows Health Velocity (points up or down) with a momentum label (Declining / Stable / Accelerating).
Using it
Sequence your week by velocity, not just the absolute number: a green account decelerating fast deserves attention before a stable yellow one. Churn-risk analysis surfaces accounts by velocity so you act before the number turns red.
