Logging a health score manually
Record a manual health update, add context notes, and view the history of manual entries.
Logging a health score
Sometimes you know something the automated signals don't yet. On the account's Health Score tab, click + Log Score to open the Log Health Score dialog.
- The dialog shows a Calculated Overall at the top — a live weighted preview.
- Drag the slider for each manual measure (each labeled with its weight). Only measures whose source is *manual* appear here — automated dimensions are owned by the nightly engine and aren't hand-keyed.
- Click Save Score.
No field is required — each slider starts from the latest stored value. The server folds your entry into the stored overall (along with relationship health and any active overrides).
Log vs. override
Use Log Score to record a fresh reading. Use an override (next article) when you want to *hold* a specific value for a defined period regardless of what the signals say.
