Health score overrides: when and how
Apply an override with an expiry, and review the audit trail, when the calculated score misses context.
Overrides
When the calculated score genuinely doesn't tell the whole story, apply an override on the Health Score tab.
- Click Override Score.
- Pick the Measure to override, set the Override Value (0–100), give a Reason (required), and optionally an Expiry Date (blank = permanent).
- Save. The override applies automatically on the next health calculation.
Active overrides show in an amber Active Score Overrides panel, where you can remove them. Every override is logged.
Use sparingly
An override is a manual thumb on the scale. If you find yourself overriding often, that's a signal your weights or measures need tuning instead — fix the scorecard rather than each account.
