Criteria fields (reference)
The shared field vocabulary that powers signal rules, segments, program audiences, and journey enrollment.
Criteria fields
Signal rules, segments, program audiences, and journey enrollment all share one criteria builder and one field vocabulary — so "health score below 60" means the same thing everywhere. A criterion is a field + operator + value; conditions within a group are AND-ed, and groups are OR-ed.
The fields available include:
- Standard account fields — tier, lifecycle stage, status, ARR, renewal date/days, owner.
- Health & scoring — overall health score, health velocity, and the churn/expansion signals.
- Usage — feature adoption, seat utilization, active users.
- Custom fields — any account custom field you've defined appears automatically.
- Custom objects — counts and aggregates over your custom objects.
- Features & milestones — feature usage and milestone completion.
Use the Preview action in the criteria builder to see exactly which accounts match before you save — no guessing, no accidental all-or-nothing rules.
