The Automation Hub: journeys, campaigns, templates & surveys
Where automated customer communications live — the tabs of the Automation Hub.
The Automation Hub
Automated, customer-facing communication lives in one place: the Automation Hub (sidebar → Automation). Its working tabs:
- Lifecycle Journeys — multi-step, triggered customer journeys built on a visual canvas (onboarding sequences, adoption nudges, renewal cadences).
- Outreach Campaigns — one-to-many broadcasts to a segment.
- Email Templates — reusable templates referenced by journeys, campaigns, and manual sends.
- Surveys — NPS, CSAT, and custom surveys.
An Engagement Analytics tab reports on how it's all performing.
Journeys vs. signal rules
A signal rule reacts to a condition and mostly files *internal* work (a Risk Action, a notification). A journey runs a *customer-facing* sequence over time (emails, waits, branches, surveys). Reach for journeys to scale tech-touch motions across a high-volume book; reach for playbooks where a human drives.
