Build reusable templates with merge fields, used by journeys, campaigns, and manual sends.
Email templates
In Automation Hub → Email Templates, build reusable emails with a block editor (header, text, button, divider). Organize them by category — General, Onboarding, Renewal, Risk, NPS, Marketing.
Merge fields
Insert {{tokens}} that resolve per-recipient at send time — account name, CSM name, renewal date, and your custom fields — using the shared token catalog. Preview against a real account before you ship. (For a survey link, add a Survey block rather than a plain token.)
Where they're used
One template, referenced everywhere: Lifecycle Journey email steps, Outreach Campaigns, and manual sends. Create once, reference anywhere.
