Where to see churn risk — the Churn Watch panel, the account Health tab, and reports.
Churn risk
Churn risk ranks accounts by *risk*, not just current health — velocity (trending red), time stuck in yellow, and predictive signals. See it in three places:
- Today → Churn Watch — a book-wide, at-a-glance panel of the accounts most at risk.
- The account's Health Score tab — the churn prediction with an Explain Risk narrative and ranked factors.
- Reports — the Churn Predictions data source lets you build and drill into risk across your whole book (e.g. group by risk level).
Act before red
When an account crosses into real risk, a signal rule can auto-file a Risk Action so it enters your queue immediately — the "act before red" workflow.
