CS ROI

Tie CS activity to value delivered and revenue outcomes to prove impact.

CS ROI

Reports → CS ROI connects the work your team does to the value and revenue it produces — the business case for Customer Success in dollars, not activity counts.

What it shows

Revenue attributed to CS activity — renewals saved and expansions influenced — as metric cards and trend charts over a period you choose (last 30/60/90 days or 6 months). A scope bar lets managers see their team; a front-line CSM sees My Impact ("revenue directly attributed to your CS activities"). Per-CSM impact rows and an AI impact narrative turn the numbers into a story, and a query box answers ROI questions in plain language.

Tip

Use CS ROI in board and renewal conversations to show retained and expanded revenue you can defend, because every figure traces back to real renewal and expansion outcomes.
