CSM performance
Manager-level performance lives on the Team Console (sidebar → Team Console), gated to managers and above.
What it shows
- Team Overview — a per-CSM table: Accounts, ARR Managed, Avg Health, At Risk, Open Actions, and health mix, plus ARR-per-CSM and health-distribution charts.
- AI Coaching Insights — each CSM's 30-day at-risk %, Actions done, activities, and overdue count.
- Rebalance Suggestions and Coaching Notes — for workload balancing and 1:1s.
- A portfolio-risk view surfacing overloaded CSMs, neglected accounts, and churn clusters.
Tip
Use these for coaching and capacity, not just scorekeeping — pair a completion-rate dip with the accounts driving it. You can also build per-CSM report views in the report builder (group by Owner / Account · CSM).
