Saving, sharing & exporting reports
Share a report by visibility level, export to CSV, drill into rows, and schedule delivery.
After you build a report
Share it
Open a report's ⋯ → Share. Choose a visibility:
- Private — only you (and reports admins).
- Shared — only the people and teams you pick (as viewer or editor).
- Everyone — anyone with reports access in your workspace.
Export & schedule
- Export CSV downloads the full result of a saved report (PNG exports a chart).
- Schedule emails the report (or a dashboard) to recipients on a recurring cadence — pick the cron schedule, format, and portfolio scope, and pause or resume any time.
Drill into the numbers
On an aggregated report, click a bar, slice, or row to open a drill panel listing the underlying records. On a plain (non-aggregated) table, each row links straight to its object — a customer, Action, opportunity, or objective.
