Conducting and completing a QBR

Mark a QBR complete, record sentiment and next steps, and sync outcomes back to the plan.

Running the QBR

When the review is done, open the QBR and click Complete QBR. Set the Overall Sentiment (Positive / Neutral / Negative) and Confirm Complete — this stamps the conducted date and marks it done. Use Save Changes to keep edits without completing.

Capture the follow-ups

Turn next steps into Actions so they don't fall through the cracks, and let outcomes flow back to the success plan — the plan stays the living record of the relationship.

Tip

A completed QBR is a strong engagement signal for the health score. For an internal, candid meeting brief that draws on *all* objectives (not just shared ones), use the plan's ⋯ → QBR narrative — it's internal-only and never shown to the customer.
