QBR preparation: the 4-week countdown

Preparing a QBR
A great QBR is mostly preparation. Velsano's QBR builder assembles it from live account data.
Schedule it
On the account's QBR tab, click + Schedule QBR. Give it a title (auto-seeded like "Q3 2026 QBR — Acme"), a date, attendees (internal and external), and pick the Sections to Include — the default six are Health Summary, Product Usage, Achievements, Risks, Roadmap, Goals.
Auto-populate
Open the QBR and fill it from real data two ways:
- Use this — each section offers deterministic auto-data (e.g. Health Summary pre-fills overall/usage/NPS/support; Product Usage pre-fills DAU/MAU/adoption).
- Generate AI Draft — let Velsano pre-fill *all* sections from live health, usage, NPS, the success plan, and pipeline. Review and edit before saving.
Tip
Because prep pulls from live data, the review reflects reality instead of a hand-built snapshot that's stale by the meeting. Add your narrative — outcomes, value delivered, next steps — on top.
