Linking objectives to playbooks

Attach a playbook to an objective so completing it triggers an automated task sequence.

Objectives + playbooks

Because an objective is an Action, you can attach a playbook to it and its ordered steps become the objective's task list.

Apply or replace

Open the objective and choose Apply Playbook — the playbook's steps become tasks under the objective, assigned to the account's owner. If a playbook is already attached, the button reads Replace Playbook: replacing removes the objective's not-yet-completed playbook tasks and creates the new set, while completed tasks are kept.

Tip

Objectives seeded from the Outcome Library can carry a default playbook, so their tasks generate automatically the moment you add the objective. This is how you turn a repeatable motion (onboarding, adoption, recovery) into consistent execution across your book.
