Playbooks
A playbook is a repeatable motion captured as an ordered sequence of steps (calls, emails, tasks) with a day offset each. Applying a playbook materializes those steps as real tasks/Actions, assigned by role and dated from the start day — so a proven motion runs the same way every time.
