The browse → import → own model — Velsano ships a best-practice library; you import what fits and edit your own copy.
The template library
Velsano ships a curated, best-practice library of success-plan templates, value (goal/objective) templates, playbooks, email templates, surveys, segments, and signal rules — so a new workspace is useful on day one instead of empty.
The model is browse → import → own:
- Browse the library from the relevant Admin Console section.
- Import the entries that fit your business. Importing copies the library entry into your workspace as a real, editable row.
- Own it — your copy is yours to rename, re-weight, and rewrite. Edits never affect the shared library or anyone else's workspace.
Imported items remember where they came from, so you can tell library-derived content from things your team authored from scratch. You're never locked into the defaults: treat the library as a starting point, not a straightjacket.
