Developer API & MCP
Admin Console → Developer is the supported path for programmatic and AI access, in three tabs.
- API Keys — create a key scoped to exactly the Read and Write access an integration needs. Optionally make it act as a user (so it inherits that person's visibility and permissions) or leave it as a tenant-wide service key. The raw key is shown once. This is also where the Ingest API (for usage data) and telemetry SDK live.
- Connect to AI (MCP) — connect external AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to your Velsano data. Turn on one-click OAuth connections or use the shown MCP Server URL / OpenAPI spec, with per-platform setup steps and a test button. Connections act under the signing-in user's permissions.
- Connected AI Apps — see every AI connection users have authorized and revoke any of them instantly.
