Admin Console → Integrations & Data → Connectors is the Customer Data Hub — where you set up scheduled ingestion jobs that pull data in and map it to Velsano.
Setting up a job
A job pairs a source connector with a destination entity. Sources include SFTP, S3, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Drive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Jira; destinations include Customer, Contact, Usage Metric, Custom Object, Contract, Opportunity, and Support Ticket. Jobs run on a schedule and report run status, sync health, and history, with drift acknowledgement when the source shape changes.
Ingested data feeds everything
Once flowing, connector data powers health, usage, contracts, and custom objects — no manual entry. Prefer a connector over manual import for anything recurring.
