Users and the management hierarchy

Assign managers so managers see their team's portfolio across every view.

Users and the management hierarchy

In Admin Console → Users & Access → Users & Teams, each user has a Reports To (Manager). That single relationship drives team roll-up everywhere — a manager (or VP) sees their reports' accounts, Actions, and metrics with no separate configuration, and the My Team scope on lists reflects the whole tree beneath them.

Adding and editing users

+ Add Team Member sets a user's name, email, Work Style (High-Touch / Digital / Pool), manager, and Permission Group. You can also record each user's Skills and capacity (target book size) here, which feed skill-based coverage and the "Suggest owner" matcher.

Tip

Keep the hierarchy current after reorgs — a lot of "why can't I see my team's data" questions trace back to a missing manager. Manager capabilities come from this hierarchy; the permission group governs *what* they can do.
