Trash: restoring deleted records
Recover soft-deleted records before they are permanently purged.
Trash
Deleted records aren't gone immediately — they're held in Admin Console → Trash and can be restored until they're permanently purged.
Restoring
The Trash lists deleted records (accounts, contacts, tasks, plan comments, and more) with when they were deleted. Filter by type or search by name, then click Restore to bring one back. If you restore a child record whose parent account is still trashed, Velsano reminds you to restore the account too.
Retention
Records are kept for a retention window (30 days by default, a 7-day minimum) before a nightly sweep permanently deletes them. An admin can adjust the window per tenant.
Tip
Trash is your safety net for accidental deletes — but it's time-boxed, so restore anything you need well before the window closes.
